Father Peter will be holding an information and registration night for our students receiving First Reconciliation and Holy Communion, and Confirmation this school year. Parents are asked to join Father Peter in our school (St. Raphael the Archangel) gym:
First Reconciliation and Communion: Tuesday, September 20th @ 7pm
Confirmation: Wednesday, September 21st @ 7pm
We invite our students and parents to join us this Thursday, September 22nd from 6:30 pm-7:30 pm, to Meet the Teacher/Curriculum Night.
We welcome all our SRA families to the school Website where you will find up-to-date details on school, board, and parish events. We continue to: send out communications through our school messaging system, website, and twitter account and post our monthly newsletters will be posted under the Parent tab. On May 13, the Holy See Press Office announced that Pope Francis, “having accepted invitations from civil and ecclesiastical authorities, as well as the Indigenous communities,” will travel to Canada from July 24 – 30 and visit the cities of Edmonton, Iqaluit, and Québec. The locations were chosen by the Vatican and the Pope’s mobility and health issues had to be considered.
