Mayor Maurizio Bevilacqua thanks Victoria Maione and her friends from St. Raphael the Archangel Catholic Elementary School, for creating more than 100 pictures and cards for residents at Sherwood Court Long Term Care Home. We are very proud of our students who inspire all of us to continue spreading kindness and hope in our community.
This year’s Catholic Education Week theme is, “Igniting Hope.” There are five sub-themes aimed at helping us to reflect more fully on what Igniting Hope means. We have prepared some suggested activities involving this year’s theme. The interactive poster was emailed to all families.
